First order C.O.D. Company cheques accepted after credit approved for net 30 days. No orders will be processed for any account, 60 days past due.

Prices quoted are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of quote in Canadian funds and F.O.B. Mount Forest, Ontario unless stated otherwise.

Over Runs & Under Runs
Although every attempt is made to fill orders with exact quantities, we reserve the right to ship 5% over or under the quantity ordered. This is considered fulfillment of order and invoicing will be for exact number of units shipped.

Return Policy
Returns will not be accepted unless previously authorized.

Colour Shades and Dye Lots
Every effort is made to maintain consistency of colour shades, however, colour variances can be expected from dye lot to dye lot.

Right to Promote
We reserve the right to display all products with logos in our advertising and displays, unless otherwise specified in writing at time of order.

Guarantee Policy
We stand behind all our products 100%. We will repair or replace any article which proves defective in workmanship or material when subjected to fair treatment as judged by ourselves.
