I am pleased to announce that as of July 15, 2011, Ludachris Hats Ltd. is now owned by Kim Francis and Mallory Forsyth. Having been a part owner for the last 3 years, and in this industry since 1989, I was very excited to be given the opportunity to partner with Mallory and purchase the remaining shares in Ludachris Hats Ltd.

We would like to thank Mary McGlynn and Mike Johnson for their hard work and dedication in the creation and development of Ludachris Hats, and we wish them well as they move on to their own futures.

Business is growing and we see great and exciting things for the future of Ludachris Hats Ltd.  Our focus is firmly on being the Premier Cap Manufacturer of Canada and continuing to provide our distributors with great products and service.

All of our information has remained the same, so it’s business as usual with our valued suppliers and valued clients.
